Ownboard W2 PRO 38-Inch Electric Skateboard
The W2 PRO is the street-focused board in this Ownboard comparison. It weighs 8.8 kg, uses a flexible 38 x 9.05-inch fiberglass-and-bamboo deck, and runs dual 5255 belt motors rated at 750W each. That makes it easier to carry than the 12.5 kg Bamboo AT Pro or 13 kg Carbon ZEUS Pro, without giving up the wheel-swapping flexibility of a belt drive.
Useful speed, smaller battery
The remote offers three published speed levels: 25 km/h Beginner, 39 km/h Intermediate, and 42 to 45 km/h Proficient. The 345.6Wh, 12S2P 21700 battery is much smaller than either all-terrain model. Ownboard lists 25 to 30 km of range. The 50.4V 3A charger is rated for a three to three-and-a-half-hour charge. Cold temperatures, hills, rider mass, wind, speed, and repeated acceleration can shorten the trip.
Start with the 105mm wheel decision
The standard configuration uses orange 105mm Cloudwheels for more crack and vibration isolation than a conventional small urethane wheel. A two-in-one variant adds 90mm black PU wheels, belts, and pulleys for a firmer street setup. The official package list also includes an OLED remote, rear LED lamp, spare belt, T-tool, charging adapter, moisture-proof rubber, and user manual.
The handle changes availability
The dated variant feed marks the without-handle configurations available and the with-handle configurations unavailable. That source flag does not establish Canadian inventory or delivery timing. Canadian orders ship directly from Ownboard, with the fulfilment route rechecked before dispatch.
Know the ownership limits
Ownboard lists a 120 kg maximum load and a 30% hill claim. Its general warranty policy says 180 days for manufacturing defects, excludes water damage, wheel wear, impact, modification, and non-normal use, and generally does not accept returns after shipment. International delivery can involve customs delay and recipient-paid duties, taxes, or brokerage. Powered-skateboard rules differ across Canada; confirm the intended route before riding.
