Warranty

OMW provides a 12-month limited warranty for the charger, trucks, remote, battery, ESC, motors, and wheel hubs. OMW carbon decks carry a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser. Claims require the order details, board identification code, issue description, and clear photos or video.

Normal wear, water damage, misuse, accidents, unauthorized repair or modification, improper assembly or maintenance, and failure to follow the manual are excluded. The warranty covers eligible replacement parts rather than a complete-board replacement.

Canadian use and safety

Private-property and off-road use only where permitted. Electric-skateboard rules vary by province and municipality, and operation may be prohibited on public roads, sidewalks, or paths. Check local law before riding. Wear appropriate protective equipment, avoid wet conditions, and begin in the lowest speed mode.
