Warranty

Summary: EMMO's current FAQ states a one-year comprehensive warranty against manufacturer defects and six months on original batteries and chargers for electric bicycles, scooter-style e-bikes, motorcycle-style e-bikes and mobility scooters; restrictions apply. Model manuals or third-party brand terms may provide different coverage, so the applicable written warranty must be confirmed at sale.; Claim requirements: Original proof of purchase is required. Warranty eligibility is determined after review; PDI status can affect labour coverage. Wear, misuse, modifications, incompatible charging equipment, water/road-salt damage and other exclusions in the official terms are not represented as covered.; Fulfilment: EMMO ships electric vehicles within Canada. Available items are normally dispatched within two business days; freight is calculated by destination, size and weight. Delivery timing is not guaranteed and remote-area constraints may apply.; Returns: EMMO's FAQ describes a seven-day notice/return window for new, unopened items with proof of purchase, customer-paid return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Street Rides terms must be shown at checkout and prevail for the retail transaction.; Sources: https://voltrotte.com/pages/terms-conditions, https://voltrotte.com/pages/faq, https://voltrotte.com/pages/emmo-policies
