Full-Suspension City Utility

A suspension fork and twin rear shocks support rough urban pavement, while the integrated rear rack carries everyday cargo.

Battery Choice by Distance

Five live battery choices span 16Ah to 25Ah. State the selected capacity beside every range claim.

Fat-Tire Stability

Kenda 20 x 4-inch tires add a broad contact patch for loose surfaces and winter conditions.

Hydraulic Braking and Visibility

Zoom 180 mm hydraulic discs, a motorcycle-style LED headlight and a bar-end mirror suit higher-mass urban riding.

Source conflicts and limits

• Shopify lists only 16Ah, 20Ah and 21Ah, while Epic currently offers 16Ah, 19Ah, 20Ah, 21Ah and 25Ah.
• Shopify prices (2758.69/2699/2799 CAD) do not match Epic's live 1999/2399/2499 CAD for the same capacities.
• Official copy says both 60-80 km and up to 100 km; range must be labelled as dealer-claimed and battery/conditions dependent.
• The advertised 750W motor and 40 km/h assisted speed exceed common Canadian provincial e-bike limits.

Canadian availability

The Canadian dealer currently presents this model or exact variant as orderable. Street Rides uses a conservative tracked quantity of two and confirms final dealer availability during order processing.

Warranty and fulfilment

Epic displays a 12-month warranty and free shipping across Canada on orders above CAD 99; BlueRev also advertises free Canadian shipping. Exact parts/labour, battery term, remote-area fees, assembly and return conditions remain unknown and should be confirmed in writing before publication.

Canadian use and safety

Advertised configuration is not a standard power-assisted bicycle in provinces using a 500W/32 km/h ceiling. Do not market it as road, bike-lane or trail legal. Position for private-property/off-road use unless the exact delivered configuration has documented compliant continuous power, an assistance cutoff at 32 km/h, required equipment and local authorization. A user-adjustable limiter alone is not sufficient proof of classification.
